NEXT DAY DELIVERY

We use the 24-hour next working day delivery services. If you made your order before 1 pm, it will be with you on the next business day. If you completed your order after 1 pm, you will receive your items in the next two days.

BUYING YOUR MATTRESS ONLINE IS EASY WITH FAST ORDERING AND DELIVERY

Once you’ve ordered, we will send you an order confirmation email. When we dispatch your purchase, we will send you another email with your delivery provider information, tracking number and delivery date.

Please provide your mobile number, and our courier service will contact you via SMS or email to arrange a one-hour delivery slot.

Do I have to be home for delivery?

Yes, because you will need to sign for your delivery.

Can my neighbour accept my delivery?

To make sure your delivery reaches you safely, larger items, like your mattress, can only be delivered to the address you specified.

You can arrange the smaller items to be delivered to your neighbour directly with the delivery provider. We will email you with the information about the service used to deliver your items and the tracking number.

I missed my delivery – what do I do?

If you missed your delivery, please go to your delivery provider’s website, enter your reference number and arrange a re-delivery.

Can I change the delivery date or address?

If you would like to change the address, please get in touch with us and we will help you.

To change the date, please allow our courier to make the first delivery attempt. You can then go on your delivery provider’s website, enter your reference number and make the changes.

Do you deliver to the Channel Islands?

We do, subject to a small surcharge. Please tell us which item you would like to buy, and we will give you the exact delivery quote.

 

Which countries do you ship to?

We deliver to the UK, Channel Islands, and the EU countries. If you are from outside the UK, a small surcharge applies. Tell us which item you would like to purchase, and we will get back to you with the cost of delivery.

How do I set up my new Amrath Mattress?

It’s very simple! Place the box with the mattress on the bed base, then unroll it and give it about an hour to fill out and take shape, ready for you to sleep on the same night.

Do I need to keep the box from the mattress?

There is no need for you to keep the box, because once unpacked, the mattress will not fit back in. If you wish to return or exchange your mattress during the 80-day trial period, we will pick it from you free of charge.

What is the best bed base for the Amrath Mattress?

To make the most of your Amrath Mattress, please place it on a flat and firm surface:

  • traditional wooden or metal bed frame;
  • straight or curved wooden bed slats;
  • a futon bed frame;
  • the floor;
  • adjustable bed frame works too due to how the Amrath Mattress adapts to movement.

 

How long does it take to get used to the Amrath Mattress?

 The Amrath Mattress is made up of three layers of premium foam to provide you with the comfort, tailored to your body shape. It takes the foam between one and two months to adapt and ‘remember’ your body and sleeping positions. This period is covered by our 80-day risk-free trial.

Does the Amrath Mattress smell?

 

There is an initial foam smell, which is normal and harmless. It will fade and disappear in a few days after your mattress is unpacked.
